Secondhand Doesn't Always Mean 2nd Best!

One of my favourite pastimes is to browse secondhand stores, opportunity shops and markets for unique fashion pieces that accentuate my current wardrobe for the fraction of the price.

In recent times, it's become a trend to venture into one of these establishments in search of pieces that reflect the fashion aesthetics visible on the runway and high street shop windows. But, if you expand this concept,  you can use these stores as a tool to create an individual style and initiate your own trends.

Every single rack you sift through will contain threads that reflect so many different fashion genres and although you may have to rummage through several racks of trash before you reach the treasure, you will not be dissappointed by what you find.

Therefore, I will have a regular blog post segment dedicated to this topic, mostly to share with you my purchases, but to also offer advice from time-to-time based on my knowledge of the secondhand industry.

Today I purchased:

Corset - $6.99
Wooden Bracelet Cuff - $3.99
Faux Gold Feather Pin - $3.99
